BIO

Moonlight Breakfast is that urban, rough but sophisticated mix of Dream Pop, Cosmic Disco, Electro, Beat, Nu-Jazz and Swing that will keep you grooving. Bazooka’s music education and vast performing experience provided a unique perspective on music production. Their distinctive sound has managed to capture the attention of a broad and diverse audience and has pushed them into the spotlight on the international music scene.

Their first concert ever was in 2011, for an audience of 35.000 people, opening for Jamiroquai. Awarded “Best Music Band” at the Elle Style Awards, they were named “best music act for export” by the music director of the top alternative radio station. They have spent the past 8 years performing throughout Europe and building up their constantly growing fan base.  

They have a spectacular 3D video mapping show that complements their performance and they are talented multi-instrumentalists, so there is a lot going on on stage that you simply must see!

Live performing has always been the focus of the band, which is obvious not only from a musical perspective, but from the attention to detail and the elaborate visual experience that their show provides. Their circle shaped screens have become a trademark of a Moonlight Breakfast Concert in the 8 years since they started performing.

LOOK UP

A bold, seductive, dream Pop track looking to inspire through their possitive message, "Look Up!"

The song takes you deep in the 80’s, while keeping you anchored in the now through the skillful production. Look Up balances a feeling of weightlessness, as if you were lost in the vastness of the universe with the vibrant, pulsating pace of the more familiar everyday life.

A trip to the Moon and back

Their debut album, “Shout”, has received excellent reviews and top ratings from international music critics.

With their highly anticipated second album, „Time“, they’ve managed to add quite a few ingredients to the mix and upgrade the sound that made them so original.

TOUR 

So far they have joined Chinese Man for a Germany Tour and shared the stage with artists such as Hurts on the Arena in Vienna, Parov Stelar and De Phazz at the Nacht Gegen Armut Benefit in Vienna, Macy Gray, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, Selah Sue, Waldeck and Daddy G from Massive Attack, just to name a few. 

They’ve had quite a few European Tours, performed through live streaming from Romania at The Queen Victoria Night Market in Australia and in 2018 they had their first shows in the United States, showcasing at the most prestigious festival of its kind in Austin, Texas at SXSW.

Moonlight Breakfast a urcat pe scenă în deschiderea concertelor Parov Stelar Trio şi De – Phazz din Viena, urmat de un recital în deschiderea concertului Hurts, tot din Viena. Piesa lor „No More” a fost inclusă pe compilaţia „Superfly – We Are 5,” alături de artişti ca Amy Winehouse, Jason Mraz, Frank Ocean, Marvin Gaye sau Ben L Oncle Soul.
