But first, we want to bring you the legend within beats’n’breaks, electro, bass and dance music.

No matter the era, no matter the genre; regardless of how or when you came into this weird interesting world we call bass music, there’s a valid chance you’ve been exposed to the work of Leeroy Thornhill.

Leeroy spent more than 10 years with legendary Prodigy on world tours & festivals, and in recent years, having left the band, he focused on a distinctive production line and brought back to action his DJ performance with a unique set of electro, bass, old skool, beats’n’breaks.

Production wise Leeroy was very busy remixing and producing a lot of international talent including David Gray, Moby and Dr Doom (KoolKeith) and Flint. For example, the project SMASH HIFI with Marten Hørger came about, with which he shares the love of everything that sounds loud, wild and above all unique, and produced various underground hits. If he finds time, he also likes to record vocals or shoutouts for other artists such as Maxim, Adamski, Lee Scratch Perry, Mad Professor, Genaside 2, Wildchild, The Crystal Method, Dirty Harry, MC Xander & Kieron Pepper (The Prodigy).

In addition to all this, he is still on the road solo, and here too his success proves him right: widely known are his legendary live sets, which are more reminiscent of sprawling concerts than of DJ gigs.

His last 2 Eps are Wait for Me / Breaking Out and The Calling, which are added to his outstanding collection of annihilating any crowd in this world.

Vom deschide, de asemenea, un nou loc magic și gustos în Vama Veche, unde echipa de vară care se ocupa cu buna dispoziție revinecu un un nou loc de party, în inima libertății litoralului românesc. Haideți să avem o vară minunată @ Food Hood Vama Veche!

Dar, mai întâi, vrem să vă facem cunoștință cu legenda în breaks’n’beats, muzică electronică, dnb și dance music.
Indiferent de epocă, indiferent de gen; indiferent cum sau când ați apărut în această lume minunată și interesantă numită drum’n’bass (dnb), există o șansă importantă să fi fost expuși creației lui Leeroy Thornhill.

Leeroy a petrecut mai mult de 10 ani cu legendara trupă Prodigy în turnee și festivaluri în jurul lumii, iar în ultimii ani, după ce a părăsit formația, s-a concentrat pe o linie distinctivă de producție și a readus în acțiune prim-planul DJ-ului cu un set unic de electro, bass, old-skool, breaks’n’beats.
Leeroy a fost foarte ocupat în producție, lucrând la remixuri cu o mulțime de talente internaționale, printre care David Gray, Moby și Doom (KoolKeith) și Flint. De exemplu, a apărut proiectul SMASH HIFI cu Marten Hørger, cu care impărtăseste dragostea a tot ceea ce sună tare, sălbatic și, mai presus de toate, unic și produce diverse hituri underground. Dacă își găsește timp, îi place să înregistreze efecte sonore vocale pentru alți artiști precum Maxim, Adamski, Lee Scratch Perry, Mad Professor, Genaside 2, Wildchild, The Crystal Method, Dirty Harry, MC Xander & Kieron Pepper (The Prodigy) .
În plus fată de toate acestea, el este incă setat pe proiecte solo, iar aici și succesul lui se dovedește clar: cunoscute sunt legendarele seturi live, care amintesc mai mult de concerte senzaționale decât de concerte de DJ (poate vă aduceți aminte de Fat Boy Slim la Festivalul Creamfields în 2014).

Ultimele 2 EP-uri ale sale sunt Wait for Me / Breaking Ouț și The Calling, care se adaugă colecției sale remarcabile cu care ține în priză orice mulțime din această lume.
